Premium SMS Shortcodes
Immedia24 users have access to five digit shortcode numbers for the UK (eg 81404).
These shortcodes can be used to receive messages from mobile users who send with a keyword, or can be used for Premium SMS billing. PSMS provides a useful billing mechanism for mobile users as it is immediate and requires no credit card facilities.
System users can set up rules to manage these messages, with functions that include:
- Allocate different functions to keywords
- Set up automated replies
- Add inbound message users to contact/subscription lists
- Send replies by bulk or premium SMS
- Range of premium SMS rates including 25p, 50p, £1 and £1.50.
