Bluetooth Unit
Simply put, a Bluetooth Unit is a device with which to make a proximity boradcast or marketing campaign.
The unit itself consists of a box - essentially a PC with bluetooth capabaility - and software with which to manage it. The user uploads the files they want to distribute over mobile then sets the parameters of the broadcast. There are different levels of sophistication with the software provided, from just simply identifying a mobile through to 'push' systems that prompt a mobile within range to recieve the data. The more powerful software also identifies each phone and once they reject content, it ceases to prompt that specific mobile user.
